How should I store my peptides?
Synthic peptides are stable for shipping at ambient temperatures. For extended storage prior to reconstitution, freezing is recommended to maintain integrity. After reconstitution, store the solution under refrigeration and use in research applications within six weeks for optimal stability.
How long does shipping usually take?
Our goal is to process and ship every order within 12–24 hours. Delivery time depends on your distance from our shipping zone, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Synthic only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns for opened or used items. If your order hasn’t shipped yet and you change your mind, just reach out to us at support@synthicresearch.com as quickly as possible and we’ll try to accommodate your request. Once an order is processed, all sales are final—but if there’s an issue (like a damaged or incorrect item), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
