Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used items. However, if you change your mind about an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us at support@synthicresearch.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
All sales are considered final once processed. That said, we understand mistakes happen. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we will review refund/replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping and third-party payment processing fees (including Square processing fees, if applicable) which are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Once an order has shipped, Synthic Research is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In these situations, you may let us know but claims must be submitted directly with the shipping carrier. We will do our best to assist and accommodate the claims process, but the handling and delivery of packages are the responsibility of the third-party shipping provider and are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Synthic Research is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and does not guarantee address verification.
