Synthic peptides are stable for shipping at ambient temperatures. For extended storage prior to reconstitution, freezing is recommended to maintain integrity. After reconstitution, store the solution under refrigeration and use in research applications within six weeks for optimal stability.
Our goal is to process and ship every order within 12–24 hours. Delivery time depends on your distance from our shipping zone, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Currently, Synthic only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns for opened or used items. Once an order is processed, all sales are final—but if there’s an issue (like a damaged or incorrect item), contact us within 7 days of delivery.
